knightmare! that.. weird.. british game-show thing!! you remember it right? basically the point of knightmare was guide your "knight" around a castle and help him make the right decisions or answer the questions correctly. three of the team mates would sit around a television monitor (just like the medieval times!!) with pads of paper and their thinking caps on! while the "knight" wandered through the castle trying his best not to get captured by a troll or eat a poisined apple. the host was great too... usually saying "ooooooh Nassty" when one of the "knights" would die. not very many people successfully beat Knightmare, but when they did win, the prize wasn't all that great anyway. some kind of goblet or something. Knightmare was a great relic from my past. And my favorite gameshow ever!!

Bloody hell, I remember Knightmare. It used to scare the life out of me when I was but a young whipper snapper. It was the sounds of the monsters walking around, but you couldn't see anything.
My favourite medieval style film has to be Stardust. I loved everything about it, apart from Ricky Gervais. H eannoys the hell out of me. My favourite line from the film has to be ' We always knew you were a whoopsy cap'n '

The other boleyn girl
I just love both of the main actresses Scarlett Johannson and Natalie Portman and i think that they work really well together in this film. I love the costumes from this era so much. With both sisters having the interest of the king at different points in the movie sometimes overlapping but one always having the power. |

Excalibur is my favorite. Liam Neeson at his early best. Okay, no swinging soundtrack (loved First Knight).

SPOILER WARNING {sort of}!!!
Gawd, there are so many to choose from... Lord of the rings? Gladiator? Ben Hur? Spartacus? Brave heart? Gladiator has to get my vote. That moment when Maximus turns around and tells the emperor who he is... Fantastic. I love the others I mentioned, but Gladiator is a} easy on the arse {doesn't go on for three days I mean } and b} bloody entertaining!
